This website provides an online platform for presenting real estate listings in Austria. Listings are supplied by registered brokers and property providers; the operator is not a contracting party in purchase or rental negotiations between visitors and providers.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. We do not warrant third-party content (in particular property listings, text, and images from providers). If we become aware of legal violations, we will remove affected content promptly after review.
