How publishing works
SFTP feed
For ongoing CRM synchronisation.
Account → SFTP feed: host, port, user, path.
The poller picks up stable files. On errors, the report is in your account.
Current credentials appear in your account under SFTP feed after activation.
Shared notes
- Format OpenImmo 1.2.7 (1.2.6 is accepted).
- UTF-8; attachments inside the ZIP (recommended).
- VOLL reconciles the full stock; TEIL is a partial update.
- After import, published objects appear in the public catalog and under Account → My listings.
What you need
- Agency software with an OpenImmo export, or a zip from your IT / CRM.
- A contact email for enquiries (on your profile).
- SFTP only after a zip import has worked once.
Cost
Currently free (pilot / demo).
Usage fees may come later; pilot partners will be informed.
How to start
- Register (agent / firm).
- Confirm your email.
Colleagues using the demo seed account skip email confirmation.
- Upload a zip or enter the SFTP details in your software.
- Check the catalog and My listings.
- Seekers write via the listing; you reply by email.
